Donna P. Lamberti

Ms. Lamberti holds a B.A. degree in Accounting from Oregon State University. She became Executive Vice President for Christian Brothers Services in June 2021 after serving as Director of Finance & Controller for the Congregation of Holy Cross since 2001 and was previously with PricewaterhouseCoopers.  She is now a Sr. Consultant working for BMT Consulting Services, a division of Christian Brothers Services.   Ms. Lamberti serves and has served as a financial resource and board member for organizations such as the South Bend Symphony Orchestra, serving on the Executive Committee and as Board President during the 2022-2023 season; the Diocese of Fort Wayne Financial Council and was previously a member of the Board of Directors for the Community Foundation of St. Joseph County.

Dr. Lane holds a B.S. degree in Business from Indiana University. He received his medical degree from Indiana University Medical School. He subsequently completed a residency and board certification in Anesthesiology. Dr. Lane has been on the clinical staff of Ball Memorial Hospital since 1985. He was one of the founding members of Delaware County Anesthesiologists. Dr. Lane previously served on the Board of Directors of Ball Memorial Hospital, as well as Chairman of the Clinical Staff.

Clayton T. Bill, CFA®

Mr. Bill received his bachelor’s degree from Michigan State University in 1995 and a Master of Business Administration from the University of Notre Dame in 2010. In addition, Mr. Bill holds the CFA (Chartered Financial Analyst) designation. Prior to joining Indiana Trust, he worked in Chicago and in London as Vice President in the treasury management division of a global bank. Mr. Bill serves on the Board of Directors of the South Bend Public Education Foundation and is also part of the Leadership, South Bend/Mishawaka class of 2012, a program sponsored by the Chamber of Commerce of St. Joseph County.

Robert Heaton

  • Retired, Founding Principal of M3 Capital Partners

Mr. Heaton received his B.A. in Economics from Texas A&M University. Mr. Heaton was a managing director and member of the Executive Committee with LaSalle Partners (now Jones Lang LaSalle). During his 18-year tenure at LaSalle, Mr. Heaton had profit responsibility for operating groups in Chicago, New York, Los Angeles, Atlanta, Mexico City, and London. After LaSalle, Mr. Heaton was a Managing Director of Security Capital Group, where he oversaw human capital for the company as well as its group of 23 domestic and international real estate operating companies. In 2001, Mr. Heaton became a founding principal of M3 Capital Partners. M3 operates from offices in Chicago, Austin, London, Luxemburg, Sao Paulo, Hong Kong, and Beijing. Until his retirement in December 2021, Mr. Heaton had overall firm-wide responsibility for operations, human capital, technology, finance, risk management, administration, and regulatory compliance.

David R. Kibbe, JD

In April 2017, Mr. Kibbe was appointed as President & CEO of Indiana Trust Company by its Board of Directors. Mr. Kibbe earned a Bachelor of Arts Degree from Hillsdale College in Hillsdale, Michigan, as well as a Juris Doctorate Degree from Washington University in St. Louis, Missouri. He holds a graduate certificate in philanthropy from the Indiana University Lilly Family School of Philanthropy, as well as a certificate in executive management from the University of Notre Dame’s Mendoza College of Business. Mr. Kibbe currently serves as President of the Boards of Hope Ministries and IUSB Arts Foundation and is a member of the Board of Directors of the Community Foundation of St. Joseph County.

Robert Rountree, JD

Mr. Rountree holds a B.A. in Economics from Knox College, received his law degree from the University of Michigan Law School, and is a member of the St. Joseph County and Michigan State Bar Associations. After working more than 40 years in the Trust Department at 1st Source Bank, with over 25 years as Head of the Personal Trust Department, he finished his career at 1st Source as Senior Trust Counsel. Mr. Rountree has also served for more than 30 years on the Board of the Scholarship Foundation of St. Joseph County and is currently a member of their Governing Committee. In addition, he is a former member of the St. Joseph County Estate Planning Council and has served with various other community organizations throughout his career.

George Spohrer, MS

Mr. Spohrer received his Bachelor of Science and Master of Science degrees in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Notre Dame. A retired Principal of Crowe Horwath, LLP, with nearly 30 years in systems consulting, he has extensive experience in operational, change management, and technology issues. From 2016 to 2019, Mr. Spohrer served as COO of AgenDx Biosciences, an early-stage molecular diagnostics company focused on improving treatments for pancreatic cancer patients. In addition to his board service at Indiana Trust Wealth Management, Mr. Spohrer also serves on the board of enFocus in South Bend and has a passion for the economic development of the Michiana Area.
